    Soon there will be an OTA upgrade too Lollipop, Android 5.0. If you believe reports around the net we could see it this month too. Now some were hoping for the 3rd but that has come and gone.

    Hi, Well it seems there are multiple complaints with applications and Android 4.4.3 that seem to be extending to Android 4.4.4 and the Nexus line.     constant reboot.

    Just got an update at some point today and now the system constantly was rebooting every 11 minutes and a few seconds. Tried shutdown and changing over settings all to no avail. Went to recent updates and found FireFox for Android was updated. So I uninstalled that and the reboots went away...

    Android 4.4.3 coming soon

    From the talk on the net it looks like the Nexus 10 will be getting this update soon. I personally can not wait, my BT crashes the pad often when close to my phone and sometimes even my PC. This version supposedly has a lot of bug fixes concerning data dropouts and BT.

    I just got a Motorola Droid Maxx HD (not the new one coming out). It came with Android 4.1.2 So I tried out with a test video the Android bean to my tablet. Well it woks great, just remember it is a slow transfer.

    Force GPU 2D render Nexus 10

    In developer options we can set the force GPU to render 2D. While I am not sure yet of battery use it does seem to speed up the boat browser and the like. Even the speed test dot net app is smoother. I've only had it on for a short time but the initial appearance is that it is freeing CPU cycles...
