Help Date and time keep resetting whenever I change batteries
I've had my Galaxy 4.2 Player since last October. In the past couple of days I've been experiencing a problem with it. When I change batteries, the date and time reset to default and I have to manually re-set it back to the correct, current time. What could be causing this, and what can I do...- Shea6408
