    Help MTK Preloader Isn't Showing Up in Device Manager

    I have a Digicel DL750. I understand that it is an Alcatel Pop C3 upgraded to a KitKat. My phone is hard bricked. I followed the procedures to connect it to the PC whilst off and without battery. Nothing happens. No connecting sound on my PC... until I hold the power, volume up and volume down...
