    Help Speakerphone help

    I can only talk and listen with the speakerphone activated. No earpiece volume. I have tried the obvious things...reboot...volume keys during call. No one can hear me, and I cant hear them unless my speaker is on. Any suggestions. Thanks

    Help icon names not showing and...
