    Help Help needed badly!

    Hi, Bought a socond hand desire on the weekend, stock. so today after getting the 'low memory' ect warning, i rooted the desire. Everything went smooth, but it went wrong when i installed another .zip file. now its stuck loading at the HTC logo, i have read about, tried a few tutorials...
