    Help Galaxy S3 muted microphone or not transmitting ?

    Hi I wonder if anyone can help. My Galaxy S3 microphone doesn't seem to be working properly . When i make a call the receiving phone cannot hear me but i hear my voice in my earpiece. I have reset the phone to factory setting but still the same. any thoughts please?
