    Full Charge Vibrate app?

    I have an LG39C. My wife has a Samsung S2 which has a nice "feature". Even with the phone turned off, if she has it plugged in charging, it will vibrate when it hits full charge. My LG doesn't do that and I've not found a setting to enable it. I've looked and don't see an app for that...
