Help custom ROM help.
Alright, WO a couple of days ago I rooted my galaxy s3 and installed the gummy ROM, then Google play services wouldn't work so I did a factory reset, now I'm stuck with the gummy ROM , and no Google play services and I'm unable to install .apk files because my phone can't read them.
