    Help Note 4 charge cap?

    I just got a new battery roughly 3 weeks ago for my note 4 and for the first week it charged to 100%. Around the same time I had an update I noticed it would only charge to 74%. I know they capped chaging % for other devices due to the explosion/fire hazard. Did this include my note 4?
