    Help Help with mail sync

    The technician where I bought my Galaxy s111 set up my email to sync once every hour. Somehow those settings changed, and now I am not receiving any emails. Can someone tell me how to set up the sync feature so my emails are synced one time every hour? I am ready to scream.
