    Why do blank contacts keep showing up on my phone?

    Phone Mfr.: LG Model: LS665 Software: Android 5.1.1 In my Contacts list, blank contacts keep showing up. It says "no name" and when I click on it, it's a "PersonsMetadata" folder. I haven't any idea what that is. I delete them but there must be hundreds of them on there and it's very tiresome...
