    Help Music 'ping' issue

    Hi, I recently got an s7 and I have encountered a problem. When music is playing, sometimes a ping can be heard when there is bass. I have tried eq, sound effects etc and I have tried multiple pairs of headphones but with no effect. Thanks for any help.
