    Help How to backup phone with Kies?

    My Grand 2 phone isnt recognized by Kies when I connect to the Windos 10 host. I am not able to get the MTP option in storage or by pulling down the status bar, When connected by the Micro USB cable to the laptop, the phone shows as charging.

    I am not able to connect my phone to my Mint 19.1 Cinnamon laptop or Windows. I used to connect it. I am unable to see how to set the MTP option .I havent changed the MTP option after it was working. The file size is 1.6 GB so bluetooth etc wont work. Thanks for any help.

    Hello, Is there any repository using which I can upgrade my Android version? My phone is Samsung Galaxy grand Model 2. If I have ADB backup , will it help in restoring my phone bcak in case the image I download isnt proper and bricks my phone? Thank you in anticipation
