    Downloading Uber app for Galaxy J3?

    If I navigate to the Google Play store on my Galaxy, and bring up the Uber app, when I click on "INSTALL", nothing appears to happen. I do not get an "accept permissions" pop-up. It just ignores me. The phone is new. Are there some permissions some place I need to set to allow such...
