    Help HELP I accidentally wiped the cache on my phone.

    I have a Alcatel fierce one touch, and it kept lagging and freezing so I looked up how to fix this and I turned it off and wiped and cleared the cache and rebooted it I didn't think it was going to delete every single thing. Now all my contacts, apps, photos are deleted and I'm really frustrated...
