    Need to backup data and reset. Help!

    I need to do a factory reset on my phone because it's having some major problems. How exactly do I go about backing up all of my data? (pics, apps, music, text, video, contacts) I can't use Kies because, thanks Samsung, it doesn't support Vibrant. I can't afford to purchase any apps to do this...
