    stuck in bootloop

    i have the prepaid Verizon htc desire 526. When I was connected to my pic with the htc sync, it started updating. Suddenly the updating stopped and the screen locked on the start up process. I've tried the reset, but it's like there are no system files on the phone. I'm hoping someone can help...
