    Help Can you remove default contact groups?

    I want to remove some of the default contact groups like "VIP". I already have one called favorites why would I want VIP and favorites? Seems redundant. This is for a HTC EVO

    Help New HTC EVO wont sync with windows contacts

    When I run HTC sync, it gets to "preparing data from your phone" and then it says "synchronize failed". I have tried rebooting the phone and rebooting my computer. I have installed the software several times. I have tried this from HTCsync version 2.0.32 and 2.0.40. Any Ideas?
