    Cannot locate without GPS

    Without turning on GPS, the phone cannot find my location at all. It doesn't know where I am, so the apps such as weather bug and google map won't work unless I turned on GPS. Does anyone have this problem. It can find me after I turned on my GPS. It's like it can't locate the cell tower...
