    i was just noticing that it would be nice if the keyboard slid out the other way, so that if you hold it upright in your right hand, you can push the screen to the left with your thumb. try holding the droid upside down to see what i mean. it's much easier to open one-handed that way. i guess...

    i think i just confused myself. in the calendar app, under settings, you can "set alerts & notifications". now an alert is sound and/or vibrate, while a notification is a message displayed in the status bar at the top, correct? howcome you can't set an alert AND a notification in calendar...
