    Help My phone turned itself off again and now I can't turn it back on.

    For a few weeks, my phone has been shutting itself off randomly for no apparent reason. I remove the battery, pop it back in, and it powers up normally. It's off now, I've removed the battery (for about 10 - 15 seconds) and it STILL won't turn back on. Any suggestions? For what I paid for...

    Audio won't work on my computer when I email a video from my phone

    The audio/video works perfectly if I watch the recording on my phone, but when I email the video to my gmail account and save it to my computer, it opens in Media Player and there's no sound. Does anyone know how to fix this? I have a Samsung Moment.
