    Help Stuck at first boot

    i've just bought my htc desire. i put the sim card put the battery inside, i press the power button and the screen shows the htc logo and its stuck for an hour. i dont know what to do.i tryed takeing off the battery and then puting it on again but it is happening the same thing again! Hellllp...
