1. Whenever after updating the firmware,everything in the phone will be wiped? Just updated my Galaxy S to 2.1-update1 and all my apps and msgs disappeared.. 2.how do I do a backup for apps using kies? Wanted to clarify after the backing up of my contacts seem to have failed ..
