    Help Acer BeTouch E400 shuts down on itself while in pocket?

    i have this phone for a week now, but there's something annoying, sometimes i put it in my pocket, screen locked etc. when i take it back out, it's turned off..so i need to put it on again, i just don't understand how this can happen cause: battery is always over 30%, screen is locked, 100%...
