    Help Clock keeps going back an hour

    Since the spring daylight saving my clock has been going back one hour randomly during the day. If i reset the phone it update. Now today it went back an hour and after a restart it wont update properly. I am running cognition 4.1. Anyone have any idea how i can fix this?

    Root Deleted Digital rights client in 2.2
