    New HTC Hero owner (Telus) & new to this forum. Very steep learning curve given that my previous phone was "Black, with a rotary dial." :D I'm at the unconscience, incompetent stage....that is, I don't know enough to know I don't know enough! Fun learning though & I hope i don't ask too many...
