    Marketplace censoring?

    So I recently purchased the HTC Legend and I am using it on At&t. So I went to look for my favorite app, Yelp.... but noticed it is not there. Not to worry my friend sent me the apk. file so I can load it. PARSE ERROR! Looks like Euro Legends are not allowing Yelp? censoring?
