    Root downloaded driver but wont connect

    I searched the Epic forum and could not find a solution to my problem. I downloaded the one click root for my epic but cant use it because my computer says that my usb device has malfunctioned and cant read it. I have hard reset my phone and that didnt fix a thing. I am not sure what to do about...
