    Liking Nero V3 but having poor reception.

    Help Newb question about updating to Froyo

    I had a quick question before I update a phone I just purchased. It's running eclair 2.1. It's an unlocked t-mobile branded phone running on a different network. My question is if I update to Froyo 2.2 would it affect the phone in anyway? Like Brick it or lock it again?
