    Help Notification times / night options

    somewhere I saw a place to set the times you could disable notifications but still allow phone calls. I do not recall if it was in the phone settings or an app I was reviewing. I'm just looking for a way to get phone calls but not be woken by texts and e-mail while I'm sleeping.
