    Help issues with auto screen timer

    Hi is everyone else have that issue that the phone dont auto shut off the screen to save battery. I have it setup for the 30sec timer but sometimes I hit a key to see if I have signal and then it just dont shut off unless I hit the top key. Is there a way to fix this thanks.
