    Before I do a hard reset, I think I know there are apps that copy a phone and can be transferred to another phone. Will that work on a hard reset? Is there an OEM app on the phone? Is there an ideal/easy app I can use?

    I'll check. Just a reminder, using Life360. I get no no notifications when a family member enters a designated location, but I get the drive summary when the vehicle is turned off. I conclude DND for that app has to be off or I wouldn't get an audible notification of the Summary. No? FWIW...
