    International SIM in a Stock Verizon GS5

    I have a Verizon Galaxy S5. It is all stock. No root. Not unlocked. I will be traveling to Dubai and the Maldives in a couple weeks. Can I get a local sim in those places and just install it and be good to go? I have heard yes and I have heard no. Thanks in advance!
