    Help Stratosphere Slow, Buggy, Reboots

    I've owned the Stratosphere since it came out in October 2011 and it is, by far, the worst phone I've ever used. I've tried to fix its problems by rooting it and have been through about 3 different ROMs (I am currently on Tweaked 2.1). The phone is amazingly slow, sometimes taking 4 or 5 taps...
