    Root Has the OTA 2.1 been rooted yet?

    yes/no? 2.1 OTA really slowed down my gf's eris. She wants me to look into rooting it like my Sprint Hero is and installing a custom ROM to speed it up. I know the 2.1 OTA update initially closed the root down, but is it still like that?

    Annoying Notification

    So this started happening maybe a week ago and I could never figure out why. No new apps installed or anything since then. The problem is everytime i "wake" my phone and get pass the lockscreen, I get the "set new clock successful!" notification EVERY time. I don't remember this happening...
