    Root HTC DEV is down?

    I can not login to get a bootloader unlocked for a htc evo 4g running 2.3.5 I am attempting to follow root for dummies guide and I cant even get the first step done. Htc dev support sucks and wont reply. Is anyone else having problems with the site.
