Help Phone turns off spontaneously, then can't turn back on
Hello! These incidents have occurred maybe a dozen random-seeming times since I purchased the phone, and only when I am not using it and it is not plugged into a charger or computer, but the thing simply shuts off w/o any fuss, no sound or screen action, etc, it is just off when I pick it up...- BLACKACRE
