    Streak 7 Sim Card question

    Ok this might sound dumb, but I have a question concerning the Streak 7. I am looking at an unlocked version. Will the tablet work ok if I do not put an SIM card in the phone, or use a pay as you go SIM? Thanks and God Bless.
