    Reset on an ACER 500 Iconia Tablet

    I updated some apps. My screen is now frozen and I can't use the tablet. I tried to use the recessed reset button, but nothing happens when I use a paper clip to push the recessed button in....any suggestions other than taking it back to Best Buy to have the GeekSquad check it out. It's insured.
