    Help lost contacts when synced to FB social networks hELP!! ASAP!!

    All my contacts had fb symbol beside them even ones that dont have a facebook i went under fb social network and synced the contacts thinking it would sync them to my phone and it erased all my contacts on my phone! They are gone!! Help!!!!
