    Help Trouble With Updates (Firmware, Profile, PRL)

    Bought my intercept in July '10. Less than a year later the charger port is bad so July '11 I got a replacement. With the first phone anytime it started freezing or turning off I would go to the system updates and go through firmware, profile, and prl and the problems would stop for a while...
