    Help Where to get CDMA WORKSHOP!~

    Ok, so this is the second time I posted this, guess it got removed the first time. Well in the PRL thread they say to get CDMA WORKSHOP via a link and state that you do not need the "full version" to flash PRL's. SO my question, is where do you get this? Is it free?

    Root Updating PRL's

    Can anyone tell me where I can get the prl that will work for my precedent. I am in upstate NY dont know if you need to know that. I rooted my phone and want to get better service etc. I am new to all of this so any and all help would be greatly appreciated.!
