Root [CDMA] During rooting process phone does not display "Unlock Bootloader?" screen
Going through the HTC unlock process I get stuck on step 13 (Link) where fastboot seems to have written the unlock token successfully but the phone does not display the 'Unlock Bootloader?' screen and stays unlocked.
