    Root Question about flashable zip files

    I did a keyword search for this on the Ally Root forum and Google, as well as the general site search, so I apologize if it's already been addressed. Is it safe to unzip a flashable zip file, edit its contents (e.g. removing system apps) to your liking, and rezip it?
