    Pdf editor? need to highlight and make comments

    I was wondering if anyone knows what app I can use to view and edit pdf files. My main concern is being able to make sticky notes and highlight. Is there something out there? I tried searching through this forum. I would like to get an android tablet but this is one of the key uses I had for it...
