    Help How can I stop update nagging popup.

    From what I've read, I don't see much advantage for Me to update but I keep getting that reminder every 3 hrs. (The longest interval choice it gives for later) I don't see any option to NOT update or to cancel it altogether. Hopefully there are others here smarter than I :)
