    Help Slow notification pulldown?

    For the last week or so everytime i unlock the phone and then try to swipe down to bring down the notifications, it seems to be really slow. Sometimes i have to wait 5-10 seconds before it just randomly appears. I have just disabled the weather animations as i thought this might be the issue...
