    Skype - freezing phone and microphone not working. How can I downgrade to the previous version?

    Hi guys! I downloaded the most recent update of Skype and it has been causing me no ends of problems. It stops my microphone from working completely, takes ages to load and keeps crashing my calls. I want to downgrade to the version I had before but I don't know how. Can anyone help? :) Emily
