    T Moblie "My Account" app not syncing

    There's a handy "My Account" app that ties into my TMobile and warns me when I'm close to my text limit, amongst other things. It no longer syncs up and tells me to try again later. I called TM and they suggested I reset my phone to factory and reinstall it again. Should I? Resetting is easy...
