    Help I screwed up my update..lol

    I was downloading the update when.I lost track of time and had to cancel just before it started downloading. Now I'm here at work with my computer and it wont let me update. I've removed keis and redownloaded the software but I still.keep getting "sgh-1717 does not support initaliazing.

    This is my first android and all my music is in itunes. I've been googling like crazy and found many options to transfer my tunes, but what is everyone here using? Im very VERY slowly learning how to use this thing, i hope i can master it like i did my iphone :o
